Shipping Policy

Delivery Partner :

We use Leopards Courier Service to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time, anywhere in Pakistan.

Shipping Charges :

We offer a flat shipping rate of Rs. 250 for all orders across Pakistan.

Delivery Time:

Karachi: 1 to 2 working days (maximum 3 days).

Rest of Pakistan: 3 to 4 working days.

Order Tracking :

Once your order is dispatched, we will provide you with a Tracking ID. You can use this ID to track your parcel's live location on the Leopards Courier website.

Payment Method:

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD). You can pay securely when the rider hands over your parcel.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Nisbat Closet, we check every product carefully. However, if there is a mistake on our end, we are happy to fix it.

When Can You Return or Exchange?

You qualify for a free return or exchange in these two cases:

Defective Item: If the dress has spots, stains, or damage.

Wrong Size Sent: If you ordered a specific size (e.g., Medium) but received a different one (e.g., Small).

The Process :

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

We will arrange the exchange process, which usually takes 3 to 4 working days.
Delivery Charges: Since this is our mistake (fault or wrong size), we will pay the delivery charges. You do not need to pay for shipping again.

How to Measure:

Chest: Measure under the arms around the fullest part of the chest.

Length: Measure from the highest point of the shoulder down to the hem.

Please Note:

The age brackets are for general guidance. We strongly recommend measuring a similar garment that fits your child well and comparing it to our charts.

Please allow for a slight difference of 0.5 to 1 inch due to manual measurement.
